Welcome to SplashLine Monterey Park Pool Care. These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for using our pool cleaning and maintenance services. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
When you book our pool cleaning services, you enter into an agreement with SplashLine Monterey Park Pool Care. We commit to providing professional pool maintenance according to the service plan you select. You agree to provide access to your pool during scheduled service times and maintain a safe working environment for our technicians.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to reschedule, we'll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless you've arranged a different payment schedule with us. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. For weekly service plans, payment is typically collected monthly at the beginning of each service period.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change if additional work is discovered during service. We'll always get your approval before performing any work beyond the original quote.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee to cover our scheduling costs.
For weekly service agreements, you can cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees. We want you to be happy with our service, not locked into an agreement you don't want.
Liability and Insurance
SplashLine Monterey Park Pool Care carries full liability insurance to protect your property. We take every precaution to prevent damage during service, but if something does happen, our insurance covers it. You'll need to notify us within 48 hours of discovering any damage so we can file a claim promptly.
We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control, such as equipment failure from age or weather damage. If we discover potential issues during service, we'll let you know right away so you can address them.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a service, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in the quality of our pool care.
Our service guarantee covers the work we perform. It doesn't cover issues resulting from your pool equipment, chemical imbalances from external sources, or problems that develop between scheduled services.
Property Access
You agree to provide our technicians safe and unobstructed access to your pool during scheduled service times. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and ensuring equipment is accessible. If we arrive for service and cannot access your pool, you may be charged a trip fee.
We respect your privacy and property. Our technicians will only access areas necessary to perform pool maintenance. They'll close and secure gates after service and won't enter your home unless invited for a specific reason related to pool equipment.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify active customers by email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
